Limited 1-Year Warranty
After purchasing a new Watt Communities residence, homebuyers will receive a Limited 1-Year Warranty. This warranty will cover some elements of your home including manufacturer defects. Each California home is also covered by a limited structural warranty for up to 10 years.
Homeowner’s Manual
Homebuyers will receive their Homeowner’s Manual from the Customer Service Team. This comprehensive reference guide includes detailed warranty coverage information, maintenance tips, and procedures for obtaining customer service assistance.
