*Good Neighbor Referral Program is offered solely for the introduction of prospective purchasers to a Watt Communities, LLC new home neighborhood in California. Eligible referrals apply to Watt Communities, LLC employees, trade partners, and all Watt Communities, LLC homeowners in California. Only new prospects who have not contacted us before this referral and are not represented by a broker are eligible. Brokers are not eligible for this program. This is a taxable event. No further involvement by the referring party is required. Referral fee can be shared between referring party and referred party or passed on fully to the referred party. Referral fee is taxable, consult your professional tax advisor. Watt Communities reserves the right to amend or terminate this program at any time, without prior notice. Flat fee of $5,000 for a sale in Southern California or $3,000 for a sale in Northern California referral will be paid upon successful close of escrow once all documentation has been approved and processed. In our continuing effort to improve our product, we reserve the right to change plans, prices, designs, move-in dates and specifications without prior notice. Square footages are approximations only.
