As an accomplished leader in Sales, Marketing, Design, and Escrow, Kellie brings over 20 years of homebuilding experience in both single-family and multifamily residential homebuilding. She has a passion for providing and assisting individuals and families obtain the dream of homeownership. Kellie has held a number of senior level positions in the homebuilding industry with publicly traded companies such as KB Home, Beazer Homes, and Lennar.
Kellie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Business from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Kellie hails from the Midwest; however, has resided on the West Coast a majority of her adult life.
In her role, Kellie will be instrumental in spearheading the Watt Communities sales and marketing strategies, public relations, sales training, brand management, design studio management, and market research.
