Registration for your client is valid for 60 days. After that, your client must be reregistered.

Brokers may register themselves for a community with no reregistering needed.

Register before your client’s first visit.
- You must register yourself and your client before their first visit to a Watt Communities’ California Sales Gallery. You do not need to accompany your client on their first visit, just ensure to register them before the visit and then schedule an appointment. Make an appointment by using any of the phone numbers in your community of interest, or by filling out the “Contact Agent” form on that community’s page.
- To register yourself and your clients online prior to a client’s first visit to a California Sales Gallery, use the Broker Registration Form below. Make sure to select the community of interest from the drop down menu and include any message needed.
