Steven Pritulsky

Steven Pritulsky leads corporate strategy and directs land acquisition and product development activities for the company. He has been directly involved in the analysis, acquisition and development of residential projects for over 20 years. Steve is Founder and Principal of Southwest Growth Partners, an integrated advisory services, land development and investment company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Previously, Steve has held executive positions with Newland Communities (Senior Vice President Operatiosn), Pulte Homes (Vice President Planning and Development) and Communities Southwest (Vice President of Land Development). He has managed the land planning and development activities of numeroud master planned communities.
To date, Steve has been involved in the entitlement and development of more than 7,000 acres and 17,000 residential lots. Prior to his development career, he was Manager of Coopers & Lybrand’s (now PricewaterhouseCooopers) West Region Financial Advisory Services Group and Vice President of Residential Real Estate Consulting for Phoenix-based Mountain West Research.
Steve earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Economics from Northern Arizona University. He has been active contributor to the Urban Land Institute, Pacific Coast Builders Conference, Arizona Economic Roundtable and the Arizona and Metro Phoenix Blue Chip Forecast Panels.
