Paul Timm
Chief Operating Officer
Paul Timm manages the vertical building process for the improved lots purchased by the company, as well as sales and customer relations activities. Paul has over 15 years of residential development experience including President of Countrywalk Homes, Inc. where he doubled the company size within two years and managed the development and building of 50 to 60 homes per year including the development of five subdivisions from raw land to completed homes.
The President and founder of Trust Realty Advisors, Paul has formed numerous investment partnerships for commercial and residential real estate in the Southwestern US and has over 25 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. Paul received a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado in 1982, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and also attended the Masters Business Program at San Diego State University. Paul is a member of the Scottsdale Board of Realtors. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arizona since 1990. Paul is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
